Kirihara didn't want that to happen, but he couldn't do anything about fate.....

Spring was just around the corner and Yukimura was gonna graduate. Kirihara didn't want that to happen, but he couldn't do anything about fate. Though he did want to talk to Yukimura about it. Afterall Yukimura was the one leaving.

So one day when Yukimura and Akaya were walking home, Kirihara thought it was the perfect time to tell him about his feelings. Since they won't see each other as much, not that they've seen a lot of each other at all with Yukimura's surgery. But, for some reason, he just couldn't. Kirihara Akaya couldn't do it. Luckily for him, Yukimura noticed Akaya squirming, so decides to start the conversation.
"Akaya-kun is something the matter?" Yukimura's tender voice always seems to float around Akaya's head.

Akaya looked up, and watched as Yukimura's curious face turn into a smile.
"It's nothing Yukimura-senpai." The rest of the walk home was silent.

"STUPID, STUPID, STUPID!" Kirihara yelled as he entered his house and closed the door behind him.

"Oh Aka-kun you're home!" Akaya's mother called for him. "There's a mail for you from Germany!"

"From Germany?"

It was indeed from Germany. It seemed that Kirihara had caught the eyes of many Tennis Prodigies in different countries. So they asked Kirihara to come to this convention that should last for 2 years, It starts next week. The plane tickets, food supplies, and housing were all set up. All Akaya had to do was call back to accept or decline. ~~~~~ This wasn't a joke ...

So Akaya called back: "Hello germany's Convention office, how may I help you?" A young woman's voice answered.

Akaya was surprised. They can speak Japanese? "Um, yes hello, I'm....."
Akaya trailed off.

The girl interupted him, "You must be Akaya-kun, we were waiting for your call, do you decline or accept?"

Akaya thought for a minute, he let all of the information go and process through his head, and the answer became clear. He knew the right answer ...

~One week before Graduation~

"Yukimura-senpai!" Akaya ran after the tall figure.

"Huh?? Akaya-kun, what's wrong?" Yukimura exclaimed with a worried voice.

"Well...um......" Akaya trailed off.

"Akaya-kun, tell me what's wrong." Yukimura was now very concerned.
Akaya-kun could tell him anything, right?

"Well....um.....senpai....I'M LEAVING FOR GERMANY TOMORROW, AND I'M NOT COMING BACK FOR 2 YEARS!" Kirihara screamed out. His heart beat went faster, he was gasping, he was..... scared.

"What? Akaya-kun what's with this all of a sudden?" Yukimura was not amused.

"Well, I recieved a mail for a Germany convention. And I've answered them already, so I'll be leaving tomorrow." Akaya found it hard to speak those words out. L-E-A-V-I-N-G.

Yukimura was stunned. Kirihara looked up and saw Yukimura crying. His buchou was cr..cry...crying. Kirihara could feel the tears coming down as well on his cheeks. Akaya knew now, how much pain it was. He knew now that, maybe, it was a mistake. He knew now that, he wasn't just good friends with Yukimura-buchou, but he liked Yukimura-buchou.

"Buchou......I Lo......." He trailed off. "I......LOVE YOU BUCHOU!"

Those words stopped all the crying. Yukimura looked at Akaya falling to his knees, tears running down his face. Yukimura smiled. He bent down and gently planted a kiss on Akaya's forehead.

"I love you, too, Akaya. But you have to do what you have to do." Yukimura put a smile again on his face before he planted a passionate kiss on Akaya's lips.

"Buchou, I won't forget you ... just don't cheat on me with Sanada fukubuchou."
